    [Error Code] sharp mx2314 U2-42

    The saved file of the machine adjustment values inthe SD card and the HDD cannot be found or isbroken.Both of the SD card set data and the HDD systemsaved data area are broken.HDD troubleMFPC PWB trouble
    SD card trouble


    i updated the firmware with no success.
    checked the connections and re inserted the sd card on the controller.
    machine throws the error everytime the machine is switched. i was told by the customer that sometimes the machine would freeze so they would reboot the copier and find the paper jammed in the right hand side of the machine.

    this machine has been working fine since it came out of a box brand new 5 months ago. it has no HDD installed on the machine only a sd card.

    is there anything i can do to fix this???

      Cause
      The saved file of the machine adjustment values in
      the SD card and the HDD cannot be found or is
      broken.
      Both of the SD card set data and the HDD system
      saved data area are broken.
      HDD trouble
      MFPC PWB trouble
      SD card trouble


      Check & Remedy
      Check the HDD, and replace if necessary.
      Check the MFPC PWB, and replace if necessary.
      Check the SD card, and replace if necessary.
      When replacing the HDD, the MFPC PWB, and the
      SD card, refer to the chapter of "Necessary works
      and procedures of HDD, MFPC PWB, and SD card
      replacement."
      Use SIM to adjust the machine again and set the
      adjustment values.

          I am currently fighting a 3640 with very similar symptoms. I replaced the SD card this morning and, in my case, formatted the HDD. I did not observe any locking up today, but the next few days will determine if the SD card remedied the lock up issue.


          Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

              Hello do you have the sd card files?
              I want to copy it in AN new sd card.
