    [Misc] "toner needed" message AR5316E

    Hi,

    I have a customer with a few of these machines that have a problem with not seeing new toner.

    The message toner needed does not go away and the machine then stops again if when a brand new cartridge is installed.

    so far we have changed the toner sensor and tried various toners. does anyone have experience of this, could it be the MCU board?

    Model is a SHARP AR5316E.

          There is a simulation code in service manual,i you have it, wich allow to see if the toner motor is spining
          Defects are simple, our mind is complicated
