Sharp 5112 f2-78 error code

Hi guys

I havent really done much on sharp and not too sure what I'm doing with this one, could anyone give me any pointers as to where to start first please? And where the sensor is that it mentions in the manual to clean?

Primary transfer belt issue. Check your sensors to make sure they are clean and do a color calibration. How many copies on unit?
