    Sharp AR-M237 + Windows8

I have deactivated Windows8 driver signature, turned off firewalls and anti-virus, client is admin, sent a zip driver folder via email in attempt to open and run this driver for the printer. Windows pops up with, "blah, blah, Windows has blocked access to this file." How do I get the clients computer to extract this folder?

We aren't a Windows support site.

Anyway, it is under Properties. I would recommend you also upgrade to Windows 7.

Windows techs, no; copier techs, yes.

        See: Google.

Have you tried right-clicking on the file and click open with...? Good copier techs follow behind IT and fix their mistakes.

Go into Properties and you will see the unblock button, if the button is not there check that the user has administrator permissions.
