When I first got to this machine it was stuck in Fax mode. Removed fax option and made copies fine reinstalled fax option but now it is stuck in copy mode. You can not get the fax key to work so that you can send faxes. Control panel works fine otherwise. Copy and fax keys check out ok. Did replace MCU pwb with no change. It will receive faxes ok- don't think problem has anything to do with fax option. Probably need to reflash but we have not had much luck with this series reflashing them. Thought I would see if anyone has seen anything similar. Thanks.

One would think replacing the key op pwb would occur prior to the MCU pwb... Could be incorrect firmware too, if I recall correctly those machines need a firmware update to make the ARFX7 work properly with them.Cthulhu for president! Why settle for the lesser evil?Comment
