banding on background

banding on copies.jpg this is a sample of the problem i am having with a sharp mx-4100n even when printing in color i got this banding or e=streaks on the background, i did replace the drum and developer with no results, same thing happened. does any one have come across with similar isue, any opinion will help me. look in sharp service manuals and bulletins could not find anything yet. thaks
