    Sharp MX-3500n linesI

    I have the manual.
Only cyan lines, left to right every 1/4". I switched the cyan drum with the magenta and clean the lens still cyan lines, also clean the charge wire. Any idea how to calibrate the colors on this model or other idea?

If you have the manual, you would note the various sim commands saying colour calibration, process control etc.

Try searching through it and see what you can come up with. There's always user level calibration (if not disabled) in the system settings --> Admin Login --> Copy/Printer settings --> Auto Colour Calibration.

Since it's near Christmas, I'll spare you some digging.

44-27 to clear half tones. If you don't have a good half tone you won't ever have a good full one.
50-22 drum phase and image position adjustment.
63-11 and set def 2, this will place more emphasis on the notably weak application of cyan.
    63-08 to reset colour balance.
    44-02
    44-06
    44-26
46-24 select factory mode, repeat 3x for best results.
    44-26 again
67-26 set def 2, see above.
    67-28
67-24 select factory mode, repeat 3x for best results.
    44-26 again

There's the complete calibration procedure, skipping a few things that you require specialty parts to perform.
