Customer wanted staple to default to upper left corner on lt. I went to printer condition settings and tried all the selections they had for staple positions.Whatever was selected stays on this screen when I go away & come back to it.When I go to the main screen under output,the icon for the staple pos. never changes.This may be to simple for me to figure out.What might I be missing?Thank you for checking this message.

Try resetting to factory defaults under System settings. Have had a few where they default to front and selections are greyed out. Reset and options are there and rear is selected. -

Not in front of copier, but if it is for printing, try in the print driver. If for copier, try in Copier functions, Initial status settings.Comment
