    MX-4111n - SPPD2_NM Jams using Bypass

As title says, have an MX-4111n giving an PPD2_NM Jam code while doing labels from bypass tray. Have tried doing updated sensor as per bulletin 'MFP-TB-663' to no avail. Any ideas? Tech is thinking the manual feed clutch could be the culprit?

    Code is PPD2_NM, not SPPD2

Does it happen with any other media through the bypass or just using labels?

Last time he was on-site it would jam with other paper types as well. He is going to try running the paper through letter-r instead of letter as well as disabling jam detection the next time he goes out.

Have you cleaned the one way bearings and shafts in the bypass feed section???? Also in SIM 7-1 turn off mis-feed detect and try it. If it jams it's mechanical if not it's more than likely a sensor issue.

Will ask about the bearings and shafts. As I said in my previous post he is going to try turning off misfeed detect next time he goes out. Thanks.
