Still getting this error after replacing dv unit and pcu pwb. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I saw this on this machine was after 800 pages so I replaced the dv unit and error went away and I thought machine was not set up correctly. 7,500 pages later the error came back and a dv unit did not fix the error. I replaced the pcu pwb, did 50 sky shots, machine went through toner replenishment, and worked fine. 3 days later I get a call back with the same error. Just wondering if anyone has ideas on this fairly new machine.

Remove the black toner cartridge and cheat the front door switch.

Run sim 10-1 and see if the add toner motor is running.

If it is then remove and check the chute between the black toner cartridge and the developer unit for a blockage.
