[Electrical] MXC311 display not clear but works good??

we bought a spare used 311 has real low count but display looks like it is in 100 resoloution, as opposed to 1080
we replaced whole front pannel with display checked connections reseated all connections to the display board in back
Thinking about flashing next
anyone had this or got any ideas?

There was an updated OP panel, board etc. a while ago, when you say you replaced the whole display did you just take one off another machine or did you give it the upgraded parts?

Firmware would be a good second step, else we'll probably need a picture, as I've never heard of this... Unless someone else has?
