I have updated firmware and reset the code on several trips E7-14 on a brand new install.
customer runs allot of scans.
Any one else having jamming issues with or without the code.
I want to stress all parts are brand new out of box I set up a week ago.

Giving us your jam codes would definitely help us help you. E7-14 is a problem with SCU PWB, manual says to check/replace.

Just received the same code, E7-14. Only received DF jams 1- SPPD1_S, 1- SPPD1_N, 2- SPPD2_N, 1- SPPD2_S, 2-SPPD5_N, 1-ICU_REQ. The ICU_REQ occurred at the same copy count as E7-14. ICU_REQ = ICU factor stop jam.

I am flashing firmware to the latest which was released on 1/10. Hopefully that works.

I have the exact same issue with the updated firmware that enables airprint, which is pretty slick btw.

Take a look at MFP-TB-822R, I had a mx3115n with these old sensors in give me alot of SPPD3_N ERRORS, so on. My machine had the old sensors in it. I didn't get the E7-14 code on mine, the adf would just randomly stop feeding. I don't see that model listed on the bulletin but take one sensor out and see if old style or not.
