No network function on MX-700n

Dear all

I've got sharp MX700n and it was working perfect with both USB and network

but suddenly the network function stopped working while the USB still working.. even the icons for setting the IP disappeared from the touch panel


Any help ..

Usually if network printing stops working suddenly, it's either because another device on the network attempted to pull the same IP address from DHCP and you now have a duplicate, else it wasn't properly set up and was coasting off DHCP, the DHCP lease expired and the equipment has a new IP address.

Try to pull out the nic card, clean the nic connector and put it back.
Tried many units ar-m550n in field.

Did you resolve this? Does or did the model display on the 22-6 print as MX-M700U by chance?
