    Not yet, but our service manager is going to a training/introduction class soon.

      We have. It could be a very useful tool. It does report all machine history, error codes, counter info, etc.
      It's still a work in progress though.
      You need to register each machine with a Email Diag product key but it doesn't cost anything to do that.

          I did a small amount of research and it appears to be a reporting app through Sharp for their equipment. Go on Sharp-start.com and search for MICAS.

            I'll be getting some training/indoctrination on this next month. We already setup our units to email meters (schedule 1) but have only been doing this for a short time. Will be interesting to see what added benefits/headaches this program will entail.

              Sharp has notified me that this thread is in violation of a non-disclosure agreement concerning MICAS.
              I've requested that this thread be removed per Sharps instruction.
