    sharp web browswer password

Customer changed the web browser password. They have no clue who did it so they do not know password. Admin and Sharp no longer work. Is there a way for us to set it back to default status. Thanks for replys

Depending on the model, you can try re-setting the NIC to default. On some models you can use a TC to reset to default.
Help us with a model number to help you.
