I need to know how to authenticate this copier by user number only , if someone has the simple method it would be greatly apreciated,

Enable the user authentication feature, after it's enabled, in the same screen you have the option to specify if the users authenticate with a username and password or a user number, select user number.

Please refer to the operation manual located digitally in the machine on the home screen (unless you deleted it), else, please try looking next time.
