You might consider the environment where the machine is located. Check also if the fan near the fusing if it is working. Most of the machine now a days dont have exhause fan on the scanner because of low heat emission of L.E.D or xenon lamp it is odd to have moisture on the glass. Check if the machine is near to keetle or any appliances.
