    Sharp FO2080/ Fo DC-550 55ND question

I am recharging the 55nd cartridges which are used in the Sharp FO-2080 and FO-DC550 machines. These cartridge are same as AL-1000 series cartridges except that there is a chip on back. Actually I have used the al-1000 cartridges on the FO-2080 as there is no female connector in back of machine for chip so you don't really need it.
I have been dealing with a local Manuafacturer/wholesaler who just me type AR-152 type toner(210gr) and developer(170gr). The rep there tells me that's what they sell for the 55ND. I told him that is not what his description on product code for 55nd in catalog which is 220gr toner and 190gr developer same amout of grams as al-1000 series as same cartridge.
The AR-152 type toner and developer is made for the AR-152, AR-168, AR-168 type cartridges which different in size and separate units for dv and tnr.
The rep was insistent that he has been selling the Type 152 developer all along and has had no complaints. I told him that I was not comfortable with 170 grams in 190 gr recommend cartridge and that with possibility of leakage it would be more critical when starting with less developer.
I had ordered the correct products codes from his catalog but was sent different product codes from what i ordered. He said he could now send me another bottle of more developer to make up difference which means I would have to measure out 20 grams to add to each developer I have already received.
Please give me your overall input on the technical as well as any other you care to comment on. Frank/ActionPhotocopy
