    [Jamming] Mx-3140 doc feeder jamming

    Hi All,
    Can you advise?

    i have a mx-314O and the doc feeder jams at sppd2 not reached.
    the sensors all work and when I do an ageing test it works to.
    HELP!!

      Your sppd2 sensor can still be the problem. Had similar issue this week.

          Sensor is probably the problem. I have not seen my issues in that machine yet or in DF, but I have seen it in MX-M503 and MX-2640 in the paper feed units of newer machines. Take a look at bulletin -MFP-TB-822R3. If you think this is the problem, you may want to order extra and replace the sensors that you have to go by to get to SPPD2 sensor.

              Replace SPPD2 ive had 3 ADF's with similar jamming probs in the last 4 weeks all new models and all with SPPD2 and SPPD3 problems all turned out to be the sensor, and they are the same sensor, im wondering if Sharp have found a cheaper supplier as we never had so many probs with doc feeds on new kit before.
