I have a MX-3501 in the field that keeps giving me intermittent FED_N and FED_S jam codes. I have swapped out the FNX1 finisher but made no difference. I have also checked out the pass thru unit gap (where the punch unit would go) and the delivery unit and all seem to be OK. Any suggestions?

I'm going to assume that you have thoroughly cleaned all the rollers and sensors involved. One off the wall idea is paper buckle adjustment. Perhaps that is not applicable in this particular situation. but I recall that resolved issues on a couple occasions.
