New Sharp MX-M753U Print Problem

Hi,hope you all doing great!

(PRINTER EXPANSION KIT MX-PB13 ) is available but Machine will not except the Product key (DB15130145) written on the pamphlet.


I had to look for this mentioned above model which is installed and working as copier but it won't print,they have 4 of them out of box and all have the same issue,Add printer will detect the printer,shows online after installation and drivers are also properly installed but sent print will lost.
I also tried it with Laptop and cross over but same result,I'm also able to browse the web page and make settings.



I would really appreciate your help regarding this issue!

I've not converted a U unit so forgive me if I'm wrong, but is this not one of the products that has to be registered on the japanese website before it will be usable on the machine?

DB15130145 is the application number that used in conjunction with the machines serial number using the website mentioned by Akitu will get you the 20 digit product key. Pretty straight forward install once you have the correct information.

He'll need it without passwords and credentials from an authorized dealer.
He could contact a dealer and with the application #, s/n, and model # they could acquire the product key for him (and maybe charge a small fee).
