    Sharp ARM355 powering off

    Hi All,

    I have a Sharp ARM 355 that powers off when the ethernet cable is plugged in. Disconnect the cable and it works fine.
    Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

      Update the firmware. There is a update that fixed rebooting when certain print jobs arrived.

          Did you recycle an IP address? That's the easiest way to get burned by leftover software. Try an unused IP address.

              Noted issue and often repeated on the boards. Faulty print job is the cause of the resets, update firmware and delete the offending print job. Search feature may save you the effort and time of making your own post in the future.
