Sharp MX 6500 Banding through copies.

We have a Sharp MX6500N that is doing Front to Rear banding through the copies. It is on copy and print. Using 64-1 we ran solid color test patterns. It doesnt totally mess up the image and colors blend well but you can see repeating light and dark bands through the image. Drums, dv units, developer, both belts have been swapped. Sharp is trying to figure out the issue right now. Anyone deal with this yet?

What is the frequency/distance between bands, it might offer a clue to what component is at fault?

The bands barely have 1 cm between them. They are packed closely to each other.

At 3/8 inch, if it was copying only, I would think it might be florescent bulb bleed threw into the optics/CCD - but with prints included, I don't know.
        Maybe memory???

Did you replace the charge kits with the drums?
Backup the settings in the web page (cloning) and run 67-17. This will flush the print memory but will wipe SMTP info, domain name, and default a few print ports; use the device clone to restore.
Have you run 50-22 to line up the colors? It is an auto adjustment on this model. If it has the Fiery attached, try calibrating with the spectrometer.
            Can you post an example....?
