MXC402SC Toner issue

    MXC402SC Toner issue

    The above mentioned machine is not telling the customer when to change toner or empty waste toner. What is the sim for enabling this.. I tried to do a search on here but think I am not using the right wording.. The customer went a year and a half with out changing the toner.. thanks..

    To my knowledge there's no way not to display these messages unless there's a soft switch I'm unaware of, so if they're not receiving messages then they don't need to do anything... Else you may have a faulty MFP PWB that's not reading the sensors.

      I actually found it in the manual after I searched for just Enable.. Its SIM 26-69 Thanks for the reply tho..
