mx fnx9 remove paper from offset

I have a Fnx9 on a mx-5141 that intermittently will get a remove paper from offset tray after every job sometimes, when it happens tray comes up to receive paper but never returns down after they exit onto finisher tray, does anyone know what sensor to look at? It doesn't always happen, so its hard to troubleshoot.

I had this a couple of months ago. On the tray there is a wire harness inside a hinged ass'y that hinges when the tray moves up. The harness had a broken wire in it.I don't have the manual infront of me but I think it was the harness to the paper on the tray sensor if I remember right.

Thanks, sure enough the wire is pinched around rail area, will order one.
