    We cannot reply to your post because it's in the "Printable View" format.
    Sharp IDNC site does not show a specific GDI drive for the 'U' model, and I'm not sure if the Universal Print Driver would work; my understanding is that the
    USB ports are for scanning to/from and firmware updates.
    The CAT5 connector on the MFP can be used to access the web page (when IP is assigned) and scanning to email, etc.
    Re post, you may get a more definitive answer.

    service manual shows 2 print options for u model one with hdd and one without hdd. no print out of the box.
