2600n brown machine fax question

got a problem on a 2600n brown... fax memory is at 0% and it wont allow a fax to be sent... comes up with the error;

The memory becomes full.
The job was cancelled.
Wait for the other end of communication
or use another method for resend.

also I thought id add the fax memory is at 0% no idea why???

where is the sd card located in these??

nevermind... the mainboard was missing the ram modual E with stores the fax data... ahhh
