Has anyone had a issue with color marks going front to rear doing b/w copy, I call them drum parked marks, almost looks like the blades aren't cleaning the drum when they rotate? Have tried new mk kit plus drum and still happens sometimes.

If it is B&W it shouldn't have any colour marks. Recently the 6240 have been having TX cleaning blade flipping, even on new machines. I would also check web, it can get stuck and reapply toner onto the pressure roller.

That's what's odd that's there's lines on b/w copy, it's always a yellow and magenta vertical line, has happened on other machines too, could primary cam be in color mode?

Cam should be either all on, all off or black only. If you get colour on black only, could be a sign of bad cam. Try cam operation with SIM6-3.

Do you have a sample of a test chart? (If you have one.)
