[Jamming] MX-M354N with MX-FN23 Finisher Duplex dog earring and Wrinkling

I have an MX-M354N with MX-FN23 Finisher. When duplexing it will dog ear the lead edge of the duplex copy as it goes into the duplex then proceeds to feed crooked and wrinkle. We already replaced both exit units and the top section of the FN23 Finisher where the paper is gated for forward and return feeding for the duplex feed. Anyone else see this or have a suggestion?

I looked at the Installation manual and don't see the FN23 listed as an option. These models require the delivery sponges be removed for some of the finishers.
