I have a copier that has PPD2 errors from all trays i have replaced the sensor which worked for about a week i tested the sensor which was working anybody else know a fix or do i put a new paper feed assy in.

Check the clutch on the feed assembly prior to the PS unit. Have had issues with these on the MXM453 series. There is a distinctive noise when this is happening, hard to describe but sounds like paperfeed is dragging compared to normal.

Check Sharp tech bulletin MFP-TB-822R3. I don't see your model listed but there a lot of machines on it. I have had to replace a number of switches in the document feeder on a couple of machines.Comment
