Good morning. The company that I do technical support for has multiple OCE 4512 printer/scanner/copiers installed at various locations. All printing is controled through a print server, and the Network Scanning Tool is installed on that server. We use the scanning tool to direct the scanned documents to be sent to the individual's private directory (on another network server), using the "Move file to this folder" option in the Properties for Process Definition. Normally this works just fine, but lately, Process Definitions will just disapear from the tool. Clients will report that although they can still select their name (process definition) from the screen on the individual printer/scanner, the output never reaches their directory.
Has anyone else had this issue. I can readd the process definition, and later on some others will be removed. Thinking that there must be some numeric limit to number of definitions, but cannot find any documentation on it.
