MX-2640 the fan sound of is very noisy

sharp mx-m264n each time printed end the Warm-Up sound mixes the fan sound , after lasting 20 seconds, the fan sound left and continued operation for nearly 60 seconds.

Even only print a piece of paper, it is the same situation.

The fan sound makes people have a headache

    Is it the normal operation?

Thank you for any help .

I'm a bit confused by question and model but you should check the fans operations with sim 6-2.

Louder the sound, faster the fan, clearly a heat problem... therefor clean it up? Did you check out the fans.? whats the mileage?

Thank you for providing the information.

Relevant personnel have checked, say that can set up the operation time of fan, but the last result has not changed.
The machine is new, use less than one week, so wonder whether the operation of the fan is normal?
There is the same state even if there are rooms open the air conditioner.

Thank you for any help .

Is the noise very high pitched? If so, I'd say this is more of a feature than a fault. I've assembled several units of both MX2640 and MX2614, and from my experience I'd say they all keep making this noise that is very high in frequency. The noise occurs after booting and after printing, and also after all the usual panel operations. When there's no other sounds around, the noise is very audible. However, it seems that at least in some units the noise gets reduced after time. One client contacted us, saying their 2614 was whining very loudly, and I immediately knew what she was talking about. However, after I had a chance to take a look at the machine few days later, the sound had vanished. They haven't contacted us since. I actually tested the fans once, but I've forgotten which of the fans were making that noise. I'll probably have to run the simulations again if I have the time.

Polygon motors make a high pitched noise on the newer series. If I remember right sharp told me they went back to the old style bearings.

Oh, right, that was it. Running sim 61-01 makes that noise every time.

I don't know where you guys get your units from, but ours are shipped from France, and even the new ones, just out of the package, still make that noise. Hopefully it'll change in the future.

The sound is loud can also accept, but sustain too long, especially the personnel near the machine feel very bad.
Have already linked the manufacturer through relevant personnel, but does not know when to reply.
Relevant personnel say this is a normal situation, but this answers and makes me a little puzzled.
Because print for less than 10 seconds, but there is noise of nearly one minute.
At present.. Wait for the manufacturer to reply ... Hope to solve ...
