That jam code is a symptom of the photo sensor on the registration assembly going bad. there is a tech bulletin on this.

          silly question,
did you plug in the sensor when you replaced the registration unit?

If you did, is that sensor working in SIM?

Is the registration roller turning while the machine is operating?

Yes... Is turning while the machine is warmin up.
Turn if i run SIM mode

The Jam is of any paper Tray, in any paper size... just in the register roller unit.

When you say it stops short of the unit, you mean the paper doesn't get through the transport rollers?
Going from memory because the sharp site is slow right now, there should be two different motors that power the transport rollers and the resist roller.

If you replaced the correct motor, then test the power going to that motor.

                    Re: SHARP MX-3501N PPD1_S2 Jams

                    just like that.
the paper doesn't get through the transport rollers.
And I already replace the resist roller Motor.
The paper transport unit work's fine from every tray, even the manual feed tray (by-pass). pass over the PPD1, and stop's just under the resist roller.

In the proces of paper pass i can hear the noise of the machine going prepare to make a copy, hold the paper in the Register and few seconds later then show "paper jam" in the display

                    it's like
                    with the devil inside!!
                    jajaja

You are saying that It doesn't get past the Transport roller in the unit.
You replaced the Registration roller motor.
Can you see where i'm going with this?
I'm confused that you said that the paper both, didn't make it through the transport roller and stops just short of the resist roller.
There are 2 separate motors that power the registration roller and the transport roller.

If it jams at the transport roller, you need to check that motor, and make sure its turning.
Here you can see what I'm talking about.

Just an idea, hows the secondary transfer unit?

Swap it out then try again. Also check gear on primary.

Let us know how it goes.

Both Motors work's fine, paper transport motor and register roller motor... Turns normaly when turn On the machine. and trurns with SIM.
the secondary transfer unit also work. Even try with another whole door
and try the primary trasnfer unit from another machine.

I have attached a photo in this post to see what i'm saying

I'm guessing when you turn off jam detection the paper gets bunched under the registration roller. Interesting, I have never seen this issue. You replaced a lot of parts already, hopefully you are getting close to the problem.
There is logic that turns that roller on/off and it doesn't seem to be working in your case.
I would do a factory reset, just in case someone messed with the settings before you. Otherwise the driver PWB and PCU PWB should be the next point of attack.

I have another problem now... Where is the process Thermistor and the Process Humidity Sensor?????.... Service Manual & Part's Manual does not indicate where this is.

                              Can you help me please.
