Print Fax Report on MX-4101N

I have scoured the forums here looking for an answer to this and cannot find one.

Is there a way to print out a report of all faxes sent? I found a way to print those received. If someone can point me in the right direction I can probably figure it out from there.

In System settings>admin mode>List Print (administrator) you can print "Image Sending Activity Report (Fax). This will print a send report page and a receive report page. If it does not print a send or receive report then it has not sent or received since the last time the report has printed.

That's what I did, but it only printed a received report. I know for a fact that faxes had been sent however. Do you know what might cause that?

You can also go into the job log and see/save/print a complete listing of faxes sent/recieved. As to your question if you have printed out an activity report the unit remembers that and will only print out new activity if I remember correctly. You should still have 2 printed sheets (recieved and sent info) but one or both will show no activity. You can also set up the unit to print out an activity report everyday or at specified intervals if you desire. You have a lot of options available.
