    Right Side Scanning alignment

New issue, same machine - DX C400. On the rear side of scanning/copying only in full color mode only the machine is not aligning the colors properly. There are examples attached. Any ideas? The issue is only the rightmost 1 7/8". In printing mode all colors are properly aligned. The examples originals are printed from this machine and the copies are scanned to this machine. Any help is greatly appreciated. Please detail your response as I am not too familiar with this machine. Thank you in advance.

    Needs calibrated

This isnt a full calibration but this will fix your issue

Simulation 44-2 once this is finished do Simulation 50-22 <--- this should fix your alignment issue.

(If your issue is not fixed try this)

Once you ran 50-22 check your settings under SKEW
there should be a skew for Magenta, Yellow, and Cyan each will say something like R3.7(OK) if they say something like R5.9(NG) this means the skew is NO GOOD on that color. *R* means Right *L* means left on this. this would mean Right is 5.9 clicks out of skew.

To fix this under the color drum unit for the NG color there is a blue screw. You will need a fairly long phillips screw driver to turn this, When you turn the screw if makes a small click noise. If your machine says Cyan *R5.9(NG) then you need to adjust the cyan screw 5 clicks to the right.

Once you fix all 3 colors if they need it, (only one or 2 colors may be out of skew) then rerun 50-22 until all 3 skews are said to be *OK*

IF this still does not fix the issue then you will probably need new drum units for all colors.
