I am currently working on a MX M350N and am experiencing AINPD N jams when sending 8.11r paper to the left top tray. I swapped out the duplex guide, inspected the turn over unit and even tried thicker paper basically with the same result. It seems the leading edge of the 8.11r paper is catching on the duplex guide. I searched for any tsbs and could not find any pertaining to this issue. I was wondering if anybody has had this issue and what they have done to resolve it?

Re: MX M350N AINPD N jams
hi
If the copier has either an ARFN6 or ARMS1 fitted and it is jamming (usually first up in the morning) and records jam codes POD1S and or AINPDN it is usually caused by sticking finsher entry gate during the reversing process and is resolved by removing and cleaning any and all excess grease from the gate area and removing the pads at each end where the gate hits.
