I have been working on a Sharp MXM850 doc feeder jamming issue now for several weeks. I have cleaned it thoroughly through the paper path as well as cleaning or blowing out the sensors. I have replaced the mylar strip on the transport section above the rollers and replaced the pick, feed, and separation rollers and cleaned the rest thoroughly. I have not been able to find anything in the paper path either. What happens is that when feeding originals through at some point (page count is random before it happens) a sheet stops in the exit section partially out and another sheet will get stuck sticking out of the transport section just above the slit glass. I apologize for not having the jam code on here but when I go back to the machine I will post it as well. I have searched on this site as well as on Sharp's site and got nothing. This machine has about 1.1 million copies on it. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated as I am completely lost at this point.
