    Sharp copier/printer recommendation

I have sold very few machines over the years and generally have stuck to Sharp as I purchase parts direct without having to rely on 3rd party to give my customers dependable service.

What Sharp machines (B+W ) are recommended from 25 to 60 cpm with decent reliability and not known for many problems

Also which Sharp color machine are recommended.

Above machines with network, scan ability would be preferable

I have a customer now who is almost ready to buy a Samsung SCX6555 from another source. This customer may be willing to buy a pr-owned lease end machine with under 100k. So I am not just considering current Sharp models but discontinued as well.

Your input on this is very helpful to me as you have more experience and exposure on these machines than I do as a lone proprietor who has not sold much over last several years. Frank/ActionPhotocopy

The MX-M283N through MX-M503N (28-50 CPM) are pretty reliable and come with Network and scan capabilities; these machines can be found with low meter off lease,
but most would be in the 150k to 300k range.
A step up would be the MX-M623N at 62 CPM, very reliable and can go PM to PM without a service call; these machines would most likely be close to a million or more off lease.
They both can be found with low meter, but you would have to do a thorough search and be quick with a bid. Get to be close friends with an asset recovery business,
and let them know what machines you are interested in - you may get a first call when a good machine comes available.
Any of the Sharp color machines in the last several years have good 'business color', and the most recent models are a few steps above 'business color'.
