mx2310u blank screen

i have a mx2310u with a blank screen. no light, nothing.

however the keypad and buttons seem to be working as it responds with a beep. and the machine powers up as normal. everything else seems to be rotating ie fusers running.

ive checked the connections on the panel, cable connectors have been reseated.

the controller seems to be working with lights flashing. sd card is present.

what can this be??

Not sure about 2310, but we had 2640 that had dead display and it ended up being the Mfp Pwb. Can tou access the web page of device? If so try doing remote front panel setup to see if machine is actually functional.

There is some interpretation of the light's on the main board, can't remember how. Make sure the SD card contact's are ok, or try with other one.

i have tried a new controller with a new sd card and im still experiencing the same problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Break it down and reseat your OP panel PWB connectors.
