I have a MX2600 in a dentist office with Patterson Dental EMR package Eaglesoft. When I scan TIFF into sharpdesk and then import into the imaging on Eaglesoft it only sees the first page. The JPEG scans creates a file for each page and they need to be imported individually. It does not see PDF's at all. The SmartDoc part of the software sees the PDF's and JPEG's but not TIFF's. I have the K version of TWAIN for the Sharp which I downloaded from Sharp and installed last week. I know there are several TWAIN drivers from Sharp, has anyone had any experience, good or bad, with Patterson?

I have about 15 machines (mostly mxc311's) running with eaglesoft. When we first got the account was using twain scan directly into smartdoc. After numerous issues we switched them to scan to folder and import from a file within smartdoc. No issues with the offices that are using import instead of aquire from twain.
