I have got a problem on MX-M264N machine.machine in network and had a static Ip given although some times customer giving print it not print showing data light blinking in machine but no print out form machine. After power switch on off again prints are coming normal.. any suggestions..

Is the print job a PDF printing from acrobat reader? If so try printing the document as an image. You can get to this from the advanced tab when you hit print.

I've encounter the same scenario a couple of time. The user is using a different driver using the assigned static I.P. make sure that they are using the correct driver and if it is suitable to the O.S.

This problem occurred in pdf also in word excels as well. I have installed latest and Os matching printer driver but problem not solved.. any more ideas?

We have had the 512mb memory chip go bad and cause lock up once in a while.

Disconnect the MFP network cable and try to ping the address.

If you get a response you have another device that is using this address.

I have had this happen to me several times in the past.

Try to change network cable first. I have this issue with little b201.

Make sure you don't have any main. due, or toner low messages
on, I have had these stop print jobs. Hope this helps.
