MX4112 waste toner message

On my way to look at two of these. Both have this message after brand new collection units have been fitted.

Machines have done around 300k.

Never had this before, got new sensors to fit.

Anyone had this? Thanks.

does all waste toner outputs rotate freely?

Replaced waste toner switches. All seems fine.
