MX-M260 Scan to Gmail.

I have a Sharp MX-M260 Copier/Scanner/Printer and I am trying to configure Scan to email via gmail. Everything is configured per some instructions I read online via the web console. When testing the settings it says successful but I never recieve a test email. does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

If you are doing the test settings on the web console, that does not sent an email, it only checks that the settings are to a valid smtp server and that it can log into the server. If you send a email scan from the machine and it shows sent ok but it never shows up in your email I would check spam folder to see if got sent there.
