Are you sure it is cleared and not just the user counters? Print out 22-6 to get the current counter.

It is only the user counter that was cleared but that is what the customer uses to get us the monthly copy counts. On the older machines we could go into the secret sims and adjust it but no idea on the newer machines.

I would just bill up to the current counter in SIM22-6 then start from what ever the customer counter reads (effectively a zero start). Customers don't care what readings they have and engineers should always be using SIM22-6.

No more "super secret service mode" on these. The only way I could fathom getting the individual users would be to break down the job log....not much fun there.

The 354 series doesn't have elevated sims? I hadn't actually bothered trying it on that series. Damn...
