[Jamming] AR-M550N Jamming with E7-06 Code

We have an AR-M550N that the customer has been complaining about jamming in the print engine. It scans fine but when copying/printing it jams a lot. We will go out and run our tests and never witness it jam. Of course we have cleaned feed tires, one-way bearings, etc. We've run simulation 14 and rebooted it. What I noticed today is that there is Trouble Code E7-06 (25); so that means it has occurred 25 times right? This code indicates it is for Garbled data in input from PCI to PMDM trouble and/or Data is garbled in image compression/transfer. (At least that is what the manual says)

Have any of you guys/gals seen this error code coincide with jamming?

Any ideas how to alleviate outside of replacing the MFP Control PWB itself?

Try disconnecting the CAT5 cable (temporarily), and see if the jams stop. We have seen this on a few machines where a print job is causing the jams.
We last did a print driver upgrade, and haven't gotten a call from them in a few days.

      Tech tip from Sharpnet:
      E7-06 & PPD_PRI jams
Check process seals front and rear of the process unit (PG items 30 & 28 sec. 43); toner leaking around damaged seals will spill onto the main charge grid assembly. These foam seals are not normally replaced during PM however they may become damaged when replacing the PM side seals front and rear, they should be replaced when damaged.
      Cause :
Main Charge intermittent short to ground (arcing)
