    [Misc] MXC311

We have an MXC311 which is producing color prints which look like the uploaded sample.

When we run just black, it prints perfectly. When we try and run any color all we get is the sample.

It will not color calibrate, we have already replaced the PCU and LSU driver board and the LSU itself. And the U1 and U2 have been changed as well. Started with an empty waste toner this AM and after less than 100 prints it is heavy. Black DV was changed less than 10k ago and it is already running low.

Machine was potentially hit by lightening. Our next step here is to attempt to replace the HVT board. Looking for any other help anybody could offer.

    Thanks in advance!

Forgot to mention, the print out that I posted as a sample was supposed to be a 64-5, if you look closely you can see where it is supposed to be.

    Thanks again!

from your info and copy sample, you have an hvps issue, you're dumping developer. check/replace the hvps and all dev units will need to be replaced.

Replaced the MC PWB and TC PWB. Put different DV units in as well. Seems to have corrected the major issues. Thanks for the help.
