[Error Code] AR-M355N Continually Codes with C1-00

[MFPs R Now PCs]

The customer recently indicated that if the fax unit is off, it runs fine, however if turned back on, boom C1-00 will follow shortly thereafter.

Has anyone seen this or have any ideas on how to permanently fix this? Thanks in advance!
