    [Jamming] MX-M503 Jamming

    Has anyone had a 503 have a FPPD1_S jam code? Tech said this switch doesn't appear on the sim list.

      FPPD1_S Finisher inlet port remaining jam

          Please try to check and clean the sensors in the finisher. See image attached the location of the sensor and the code of the machine for your reference.

                  Does it have a punch unit on Finisher and are mylar strips attached on exit guide. Have had this happen with same code.
