MX-C311 Copy Lamp

I have a customer from across the border, that would like the copy lamp to turn off when it goes into the pre-heat mode, or after a copy job.
I'm hoping there might be a SSW that could do this; right now I have an open ticket with the hot line, but I have a feeling that I'll have to
convince the customer that they are SOL.
Anyone with suggestions, please post.

Hey zootech ,

there is no Chance to turn off the copylamp After copy or Print .
The lamp turn off in Auto off Mode.

We have Many machines they have Lines in Scan and copy by a thermic Problem in CCD Unit.

We change the settings of preheat to 10 min and autooff to 30 min.

If this fix not the problem You Must change the complet scannerunit.
