    MXM363N H7-10

Hey guys, hoping someone else has seen this.

I have a 363N with a DSK coding H7-10 pretty routinely. Paper will feed up to the registration rollers but stall out as the fuser attempts to heat up appropriately. I've tested and eliminated the outlet and PCU PWB as problems, but my terribly meter leads wouldn't make proper contact with the HL PWB. Picked up a new meter to remedy that situation and I'll be testing it out tomorrow, but I'm hoping someone has had this issue before? The PCU PWB is spiking the voltage up to the 1.2v it should be for all 3 heat lamps so that's not the issue. My other theories are a defective thermistor or fuse; I have another fuser being delivered in hopes of remedying this situation without replacing a board.

Had to buy a new multimeter as the crappy one I had couldn't measure AC voltage and the leads were filed down by the last moron to possess it before myself to under a quarter inch. New multimeter permitted me to properly test the HL PWB, CN2 pin 3 failed to alternate voltage.

Broke down fuser and tested continuity of lamps, 1 of the 3 heat lamps failed the continuity test. Problem solved.

New fuser will be my fix.
